KEVIN NEATE
In-Country Manager -PNG

Though Australian, Kevin was born and raised in Milne Bay Province, PNG and speaks local dialects. Kevin has extensive experience in the construction industry in remote regions and has worked with local landowner groups on several projects.

Kevin was previously Site Manager for Woodlark Mining Limited where his range of responsibilities included logistics (earth moving equipment and drilling) , camp management and accommodation for 100 persons, general security, health and safety and liaison with local communities and local level government. Kevin joined the AMD team in 2017.

Kevin has developed and led a number of charitable and work-related initiatives empowering local communities in remote areas.

ROBIN KIPEFA

Geologist PNG
Experienced and accomplished PNG-national geologist with over 15 years experience including working with Harmony Gold working on a variety of projects within PNG and Indonesia. Robin was part of the successful technical team on Woodlark Island and was responsible for exploration and resource drilling management as well as detailed geological logging and section preparation.

Robin has exceptional community relations skills as an exploration geologist and is well-respected in the communities where AMD projects are situated. Robin has successfully interfaced with the local elders and citizens to ensure harmonious relations during operations.
MANUEL DAVID
BSc
Geologist PNG
Over 12 years experience working on various projects within PNG, often in remote locations requiring liaison with traditional land owners. Manuel was also part of the successful technical team on Woodlark Island and was responsible for exploration and resource drilling management as well as detailed geological logging and section preparation.
TIM OMUNDSEN
PNG Government & Community Relations Consultant
Tim has over 30 years’ experience in the mining industry in PNG and is a hydrologist by profession having started his career with the New Zealand Ministry of Works and Development.

From 1980 until 1998 he worked for the PNG Department of Minerals and Energy, initially as a field hydrologist and then as a Mining Project Coordinator assisting in the approval and permitting of major projects such as Porgera and Lihir. Worked at Porgera Gold Mine for a period of ten years in the roles of Environmental Manager and General Manager Communities and Environment.

Tim is an independent consultant providing assistance and advice in the areas of community relations, environment, government relations, project approval and permitting.
